My order is shipped. How do I go about exchanging an order for the the correct item? 

You can return the item to us once it has been delivered to you. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel a shipment once an item is shipped or redirect a shipment. We have a 7-day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return. We cannot accept any return request.

What happens if I'm not happy with the product I receive?
